The search for the next James Bond is getting closer and closer to the finish line, and there’s a new update about where they are in the casting process!
Deadline is now reporting that the film’s director, as well as producers for the famed 007 franchise, have a new round of auditions set and they are informing the actors in question about an audition date in August.
Who is in the running to play James Bond next?
Well, they could not verify any names at the time this report was published.
However, popular names seem to include Callum Turner, Jacob Elordi, and Aaron Taylor Johnson.
Deadline is reporting that “actors like Harris Dickinson, Callum Turner and Jacob Elordi fit the prototype of who producers are eyeing for this next leg of auditions.”
How many actors are being called in for the August audition date?
Sources have said that possibly 5-7 actors are being called in, while others have claimed the number is in the teens.
