We have all the photos from the Love Island USA season eight finale!
Peacock released a full gallery of pics from Sunday night’s (July 12) final episode, including photos of the Top 4 couples on their final dates, as well as from the final moments when the winners were announced.
If you missed it, fan-favorites Trinity Tatum and Bryce Detloff were crowned America’s Favorite Couple this season, and they won the $100,000 grand prize.
In a twist from past seasons, Trinity and Bryce were NOT each presented with an envelope. Typically, the winning couple gets two envelopes, one each, with one person’s containing the $100,000 grand prize and the other containing nothing. The person with the prize money then chooses if they want to keep it all or prove they were there for love and split the winnings with their partner.
Instead, host Ariana Madix just announced that as a couple, they won the grand prize money!
In the finale, we saw all four remaining couples go on their final date, before coming back to the villa and preparing for the crowning.
Another big change to the program this year was how the finale went down.
This time, all the islanders came together and sat on a couch together to watch a memory montage of moments from the season, followed by video messages from their families. They also got messages from stars like Lizzo, Demi Lovato, Alex Warren, Ciara, Jordin Sparks, Sombr, Kesha, Druski, and Kehlani.
Ariana then came in to join them on the couch, and instead of reading vows to each other, they shared what they would tell their Day 1 self before they found out who won the season.
Ahead of the finale, winners Trinity and Bryce were heavily favored to win this year.
