The Matchmakers was pretty low-key on the angst if I recall correctly.
Love in the Moonlight–one of the top-tier dramas from 2016! We have cross-dressing eunuchs! Can’t go wrong with Park Bo-gum and Kwak Dong-Yeon where their real-life bromance was born! lol
The Haunted Palace–definitely some angst here but there was humor as well and the excellent acting by Kim Ji-hoon!
Bon Appetit Your Majesty–it’s a bit odd they set a romcom in the middle of one of the darkest periods of Joseon history but I had fun with it and basically sat and stayed for the food!
