Park Ji-hyun is smitten to See Seo In-guk at Work Tomorrow

The office days are getting hazy at tvN’s See You at Work Tomorrow, crunching numbers while also sparking ~love~ in the latest video teaser and character stills, showcasing our story’s main leads: Seo In-guk (Boyfriend on Demand), Park Ji-hyun (You and Everything Else), as well as Kang Mina (If Wishes Could Kill).

After 7 years of putting her nose to the grind, Cha Ji-yoon (Park Ji-hyun) is basically at her wit’s end, feeling both sick of the job and sick of the boss Hong Woo-jin (To My Beloved Thief), who never has a nice word for any of the staff. Wringing her hands and clenching her teeth, Ji-yoon struggles to hold herself together for another day of corporate hell.

However, we then cue in the one ray of hope at Ji-yoon’s dreary job and he is none other than Kang Shi-woo (Seo In-gook). It’s a little puzzling for Ji-yoon, though, as the prickly Shi-woo is not exactly a people person. As a rule, Shi-woo rarely smiles, keeps his distance from his colleagues to retain a strictly professional relationship, and he never says he’s sorry unless it’s absolutely warranted.

And yet, there’s something about our hero that is making Ji-yoon’s weary heart flutter. Maybe, it’s the pretty. Or maybe despite his stoic demeanor, it’s because Shi-woo isn’t a jerk – though the same cannot be said for Ji-yoon’s other supervisors. For now, it’s only Ji-yoon who is turning from job-sick to love-sick for Shi-woo. But I expect he’ll soon be breaking his own rules, when he catches a case of the lovebug himself.

Also calling in Won Kyu-bin (Bitch x Rich 2) and Choi Kyung-hoon (The Tale of Lady Ok) for the rom-com’s office shifts, the webtoon-adaptation has production led by PD Jo Eun-sol (Perfect Shot) and writer Kim Kyung-min.

Coming to our screens on June 22, later this month, tvN’s See You at Work Tomorrow will be following The Legend of Kitchen Soldier in the Monday-Tuesday slot.
