Tom Sandoval‘s girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father have been ordered to stay away from the reality star.
Following an alleged attack against the 42-year-old reality star, the 33-year-old model was arrested and the former Vanderpump Rules star wanted her and her father, Will, out of his house, where they were staying with him.
According to TMZ, Tom has been granted a temporary restraining order against Victoria and her father, and they have also been ordered to vacate his home.
What led to the restraining order?
Earlier on Thursday (June 25), it was reported that Tom and Victoria got into a verbal argument after a night of drinking, which led to her reportedly attacking him, hitting him in the face and head, causing his vision to go blurry.
Victoria‘s father, who was also living with Tom, is accused of holding him in a bear hug just before Victoria assaulted him.
A video has also surfaced, from what appears to be from a security camera, showing Tom and Will in an argument on a patio, with Victoria sitting next to him by a fire pit.
In the clip, Tom asks if she’s recording him and appears to grab the phone from her when her dad seems to grab him by the waist to pull him away from Victoria.
Tom then shoves Will, who falls over the fire pit as Tom rushes into the house, and the father races after him. Victoria then yells to stop and enters the home as well.
The incident is from June 3rd, where Tom also claims Victoria repeatedly struck him, Will threatened him and punched a hole in the bedroom door where Tom locked himself inside.
Victoria’s father disputes Tom’s account of the incident
Will has a different account of the situation, telling TMZ, “The DA did not file the case for a reason. I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.”
He also says he was the one who called police, not Tom, and claims the home is actually Victoria‘s and not Tom‘s.
“We just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away.”
