Chris Olsen‘s ex-boyfriend is speaking out.
On Thursday (July 17), Harrison Dockerty confirmed in a statement that he and 28-year-old influencer had broken up after 8 months of dating.
In his statement, the London-based real estate analyst said that he wanted keep details of their break-up “private.”
However, Chris shared in an Instagram video that he had been “diabolically cheated” on.
After seemingly facing backlash and criticism from Chris‘ fans, Harrison released a new statement on his Instagram Story addressing the situation.
“Following the recent posts on social media, and out of respect for Chris, I will not discuss the details publicly. Relationships are complex and rarely straightforward,” Harrison wrote. “Publicly discussing personal relationships in a way that fuels online hate is neither healthy nor constructive for anyone involved.”
He continued, “Even when a relationship ends, kindness, compassion, and respect for each other’s mental health should remain. Those are values worth upholding, especially by those who publicly advocate for them. I genuinely wish Chris nothing but the best moving forward.”
As of right now, Chris hasn’t shared any more details on social media.
Last year, Chris got called out by another ex-boyfriend about what allegedly happened after they attended a Taylor Swift concert.
