Amaury Guichon Signs With UTA

French-Swiss pastry chef and chocolate sculpturist Amaury Guichon has signed with United Talent Agency for representation.

Besides running his own Las Vegas school, Pastry Academy, Guichon has around 23.5 million YouTube followers, and in all 96 million on social media platforms, viewing his video content where he creates giant and lifelike chocolate showpieces. Using his Willy Wonka chest of culinary tricks, Guichon has created a whole foosball table, dragons, motorcycles and life-sized animals crafted entirely from chocolate, among other stunning builds.

Known online as The Chocolate Guy, Guichon hosted Netflix’s School of Chocolate, where eight dessert specialists competed with their own chocolate builds for a cash prize and the chance to teach a master class at his pastry academy. He also co-hosted Dessert Masters in Australia and has appeared as a recurring judge on baking competition shows like Food Network’s The Ultimate Baking Championship and Super Mega Cakes.

Guichon, whose creations combine classic French culinary mastery and showmanship, was named the world’s most creative pastry chef by La Liste, the prestigious guide for restaurants, hotels and pastry shops. After classical pastry chef training in France from the age of 14 years, and competing in 2013 in the French reality TV series Who Will Be The Next Great Pastry Chef?, Guichon joined Jean-Philippe Patisserie, a high-end pastry company in Las Vegas.

In 2016, he began showcasing his chocolate creations on social media with how-to videos, and that was followed by the launch of his Las Vegas pastry academy to train aspiring pastry artists. In 2018, Guichon published a pastry book, Art of Flavor, featuring signature chocolate creations.
