The first evicted houseguest of Big Brother season 28 has been revealed!
CBS’ competition series aired its first live eviction on Thursday night (July 16), with one person’s hopes and dreams of winning the $750,000 grand prize being crushed.
Who was nominated for eviction?
Originally, Mallory, Yash and Taylor were nominated for eviction by this season’s first Head of Household, Survivor winner Dee Valladares at the end of Sunday night’s (July 12) episode.
The three nominated had a chance to compete for the Power of Veto.
Who won the Power of Veto and who replaced that person?
Mallory won the Power of Veto, and Ashley was put up as a replacement.
Taylor, Ashley, and Yash then all competed in The BB Block Buster, with one person taking themselves off the block and being safe from eviction.
Yash won the competition, and it came down to Taylor and Ashley, whom the houseguests had to vote on to evict on Thursday’s live eviction.

Who was the first person evicted on BB28?
During the live eviction on Thursday (July 16), Ashley was voted off by a unanimous vote of 14-0.
