Details about Chyler Leigh‘s divorce from Nathan West have been revealed.
Nathan, 47, filed for divorce from the Grey’s Anatomy alum, 44, in June 2024, two days after he says they separated, per Us Weekly.
Chyler went public with the news during the May 12 episode of the Books That Changed My Life podcast and their divorce was finalized in June 2025.
According to the court documents obtained by the outlet, they separated due to “irreconcilable differences.” Chyler was awarded Tennessee property and she was allowed to keep “all appliances,” including household furniture, furnishings, and some personal property in one of their Tennessee homes.
Nathan gets to keep his personal items and Chyler has been ordered to pay him $200,000. He was also awarded a different Tennessee property along with his speed boat and pontoon boat. He is keeping his 2023 Toyota Tundra and Chyler is keeping her 2023 Kia Telluride.
For alimony, they agreed that the former CW Supergirl star will pay Nathan $5,000 a month for 10 years, which started in June 2025.
The couple also have three children together and decided on custody, with joint custody of their minor daughter Anniston. They divided the holidays as well, with Chyler getting Anniston on Halloween and Nathan having her on the July 4th holidays. They will “split even and odd years” for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Chyler is paying Nathan $2,100 in monthly child support. She also agreed to pay for the “child’s long-distance travel cost when traveling to, and from Tennessee to mother’s work locations.”
