1,000 people are expected to be in attendance at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s wedding on Friday (July 3), but don’t expect to see many photos of celebrities showing up at the event.
The wedding is taking place at Madison Square Garden in New York City, and while it’s such a public venue, it looks like Taylor and Travis‘ wedding planners have taken all the measures they need to keep the event as private as possible.
The streets around MSG are shut down for the event, with guests making their entrances into the arena on 31st street between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue.

Tents were erected on 31st Street, which allow cars and buses to drive through the drapes and let celebs enter the venue while completely hidden from public view.
Live stream video of guest arrivals show that cars are lined up on 7th Avenue and waiting for their turn to enter the tents on 31st Street.

There’s a huge police presence at the wedding, with TMZ reporting that over 70 detectives are assigned to the wedding and another 50 police officers present as well.
It’s estimated that the police presence will cost $160,000 for the event, with many fans assuming that Taylor and Travis will likely pay the cost of the security.

Some guests are also arriving at the event on foot. The live stream videos from arrivals show that some guests are showing something on their phone to security before being let through a gate.
Check out a list of celebs who were spotted at the rehearsal dinner on Thursday night.
