Angie Katsanevas, best known as “Angie K,” has reportedly split from her husband.
On Monday (July 20), Page Six reported that multiple sources have said the 52-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star and her husband Shawn Trujillo are no longer romantically involved after 27 years of marriage.
Angie first sparked split rumors last month when she didn’t acknowledge their wedding anniversary on social media. Angie and Shawn, 55, wed in June 1999 and that same year, they co-founded their Lunatic Fringe Salon.
As of right now, the pair – who share 15-year-old daughter Elektra – have not publicly addressed separation. It’s unclear whether their marital woes will play out on the upcoming seventh season of RHOSLC, which began filming in late February and wrapped production in May.
As fans may recall, during season four, which marked Angie‘s first season as a full-time Housewife, she and Shawn faced affair rumors as he was accused of cheating on her with several men. The pair vehemently denied the rumors.
While appearing on Watch What Happens Live in October 2023, Shawn expressed how upset he was about the rumors.
“For me, it’s not a gay-straight thing; it’s an infidelity thing,” he said at the time. “We love our gay community. We’ve been embedded in it for 30 years now just based on what we do for our business.”
“But I’m here to support Angie,” he added, “and I’ll take the hits.”
