Abby Elliott is ending her marriage.
The 39-year-old actress, best known for playing Natalie “Sugar” Berzatto on The Bear, filed for divorce from husband Bill Kennedy on Friday, July 17 after nearly 10 years of marriage.
In her filing, Abby cited irreconcilable differences and listed their date of separation as July 8, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The Saturday Night Live alum is seeking joint legal and physical custody of her and Bill’s two children – 5-year-old Edith and 3-year-old William.
Abby is requesting spousal support and is asking the the court to terminate Bill’s ability to win any. She is also asking the court to have him pay the bills for her attorney’s fees.
If you didn’t know, Abby and Bill married back in September 3, 2016.
